  3.             INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING OS/2 V1.1 DRIVER

  6.         YOU MUST FIRST INSTALL OS/2 ON YOUR SYSTEM FOLLOWING
  7.              THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY IBM
  8.  
  9.  
  10. 1- Boot up the system on DOS
  11.  
  12. 2- Copy the 800x600 driver (OS2800.DLL) to the \OS2\DLL directory
  13.  
  14. 3- Rename the 800x600 driver to DISPLAY.DLL
  15.  
  16. 4- reboot the system to start OS/2 in 800x600 resolution
  17.  
  18.    NOTE:
  19.  
  20.     1- The supplied utilities disk contains DOS system files in
  21.        order for you to boot up
  22.  
  23.     1a:If you downloaded this driver set from the Western Digital
  24.        Imaging GraphicsLine BBS, you must copy these files to a 
  25.        bootable system disk. 
  26.  
  27.     2- The 640x480 driver (VGA.DLL) is provided on the utilities
  28.  
  29.     3- The utilities disk also contains the default EGA driver
  30.        (DISPLAY.DLL)
